Watch former OSU receiver Parris Campbell toss out first pitch at Indians game

Boy, once you’re done with amateur football you can apparently start to do some pretty cool things. Parris Campbell might be getting ready for the 2019 NFL Draft, but he found time to make his way to Cleveland Saturday to throw out the first pitch.

This, after already doing the same in Cincinnati. Based on the way it went, maybe he was hoping for a second chance up by the lake instead of downwind from the river.

We can see why the kid is a football player, because honestly, the arm was a little lacking. These types of things have to have the nerves going for fear of looking absolutely horrible, and Campbell tossed a one-hopper well short of the catcher.

But hey, it may have bounced for a strike if we’re keeping track. Maybe that’s exactly what he was trying to do — a trick shot first pitch in front of thousands of fans, and more watching on television.

The moment is a pretty cool one for him, and video will be saved and played forever on such a memorable experience — good or bad.
