Watch: Former Ohio State defensive end Nick Bosa’s first NFL sack

It sure didn’t take long for former Ohio State defensive end Nick Bosa to register his first NFL sack. He got it in game one of his career in fact. Midway through the 3rd quarter, with the 49ers up 20-7 on the road against the Tampa Buccaneers, Bosa didn’t get off the best of rushes off the end, but he stayed in pursuit, beat his man and found his way back to quarterback where he was able to grab onto the leg and get break the seal on his NFL sack total.

The 49ers ended up winning the game 31-17, with Bosa registering three tackles.

To get a look at his first moment in the NFL sun, click on the below video link from the official Twitter feed of Ohio State football. There’s sure to be many more to come as long as the younger Bosa can remain healthy.

We’ll keep tabs on both Bosa’s throughout the season because … Once a Buckeye, always a Buckeye.
