Watch former Buckeye great Mike Vrabel motivate Ohio State baseball team

The Ohio State baseball team has arrived in Nashville for the 2019 NCAA Tournament and will be taking on the No. 2 overall seed in the tournament, the Vanderbilt Commodores. The game is set for Friday night.

I must admit, I forgot about it, but former Ohio State defensive end and defensive coordinator Mike Vrabel happens to earn a paycheck in Nashville as the head coach of the Tennessee Titans.

Isn’t that convenient?

Neither Ohio State or Vrabel could miss out on the opportunity to get together — after all how long to all the scarlet and gray stars align? So, the Buckeye baseball team got a chance to tour the Titans facility and then take in a motivational speech by Vrabel himself.

Watch the below shared by @OhioStateBASE in which Vrabel gives the OSU baseball team some sage advice about how best to be a leader.

Sound like great advice to me. The best leaders find out what they are strong at and use those strengths to motivate and lead a group towards a goal on the horizon.
