Browns defensive end Myles Garrett tweeted … quite the story Wednesday.
Apparently, someone is both angry enough at the Pro Bowl player to do something about it and bold enough not to worry about the consequences of what could happen after getting physical with an NFL player.
“A “fan” hopped out his car to take a picture with me and then punched me in my face. Hm, put your legs into it might have actually made me flinch. 👍🏾,” Garrett wrote on Twitter.
Police later found that fan.
It doesn’t sound like the 6-4, 272-pound player struck back or plans to respond legally. But, there could be more to come. Regardless of if that interaction is the entire story… wow.
Cleveland (2-4) hasn’t performed the way the team was expected to after being the AFC North favorite. Garrett and the Browns visit the Patriots (6-0) Sunday.
