Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan made history on Sunday when he passed John Elway for No. 9 on the NFL’s all-time passing yardage list. Ryan threw for 450 yards in a loss to the Seahawks in Week 1.
It was Atlanta’s first game since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused the game to be played in an empty Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Despite there being no fans in the seats, Ryan was mic’d up for the Falcons’ season-opening matchup.
