We’ve seen feats of mere mortals before, and we’ve seen feats of what seems like a superhuman Ezekiel Elliott. Just when you think he’s cornered, he turns on the gas and stretches, glitches, and leaps opposing defenders in a single bound — well maybe a few moves.
We just saw another one Sunday night when the Cowboys traveled to Los Angeles to take on the Rams. While the Dallas defense had a hard time stopping the Ram offense early on, Zeke had no problem leveling up against their defense.
On one play in particular, Elliott took a swing pass on the flat from out of the backfield and cut upfield, got hemmed in, then unleashed a cutback, burst, and bullrush into the end zone. It was the Cowboy running back’s first TD of 2020 and went for 19 yards this time.

Well done Zeke. I’d say we’re surprised, but I’ve stopped raising my eyebrows at things he does anymore.
