Watch ex-Rangers striker Marco Negri's bizarre lockdown hang-glider stunt

Former Rangers star Marco Negri is clearly trying to not let the boredom set in as he completes three weeks in Italy's lockdown.

Northern provinces in the country were placed under quarantine on March 8th to minimise the threat of coronavirus and the whole country was to follow the week after.

But in a hilarious video posted on Twitter, Negri shows how he is making the most of the time alone.

The video shows the Italian striker clad in a vintage Rangers tracksuit with a mini hang-glider attached as he rolls head-first along his balcony on a skateboard.

Adding to the comedy is a woman, presumably Negri's wife who has seen these stunts a few times over the last few weeks, shouting: "Marco!"

Negri arrived at Ibrox from Perugia in 1997 and scored an astonishing 23 goals in his first 10 appearances but his career petered out following a serious eye injury sustained during a squash match.
