Watch: Ex-Packers WR James Jones predicts 8-8 record for Rams

The Los Angeles Rams have one of the best rosters in the NFL heading into 2019, boasting great odds to make the postseason again and potentially make it back to the Super Bowl. In a division with a lot of uncertainty and stability, the Rams are the favorites to repeat as NFC West champions.

James Jones, however, disagrees with that narrative. The former Packers receiver and current NFL Network analyst predicted the Rams’ 2019 schedule and he doesn’t see Los Angeles even finishing above .500.

An 0-3 start is highly unlikely, but there’s nothing easy about any of their first three games. Week 1 will be across the country in Charlotte, then the Rams come back home to host he Saints. The following week, they go to Cleveland to take on the star-studded Browns, which will be no cakewalk.

The schedule gets easier from there, but there are tough games sprinkled throughout – like Week 10 against the Steelers, Week 11 against the Bears and Week 12 in primetime against the Ravens.

The Rams should be good for at least 10 wins, however, just based on overall talent and coaching.
