Kieran Tierney was heavily involved in Arsenal's 4-1 pre-season friendly win over Watford.
The Muirhouse ace scored just minutes after Gunners boss Mikel Arteta stepped on to the pitch to calm him down after a confrontation with an opposition player.
Arsenal supporters adore Tierney for his passion - a quality often lacking in the North London side - and fans have called on the Scotland star to be made captain.
The 24-year-old slammed home Arsenal's third goal on 76 minutes, just three minutes after Arteta entered the pitch to stop Tierney squaring up to his opponent.

In torrential rain, the former Celtic star smashed home from close range on his weaker right foot after a cross from Emile Smith Rowe.
Arsenal ran out comfortable 4-1 winners against the Premiership new-boys courtesy of goals from Eddie Nketiah, Alexander Lacazette, Miguel Azeez and Tierney.
