While Boston Celtics fan favorite two way center Tacko Fall may have played the bulk of his basketball with the Maine Red Claws in the NBA’s G League this season, he did play a decent amount of games with the Celtics, too.
The UCF product got a few opportunities to play with the the parent club for extended stretches later in the season. Fall showed flashes of being able to replicate his success with Boston’s developmental club at the NBA level in limited minutes even if mistakes kept those minutes from growing.
While there wasn’t nearly enough floor time for Tacko Maniacs in the 2019-20 season, the Senegalese center is coming along nicely, and might force his way onto a regular contract by next summer with some luck.
