Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones ripped off 22 runs of at least 10 yards during the 2018 season, his second in the NFL.
Marcus Mosher of Raiders Wire provided a video of all 22 (see above). The clip lasts over two minutes.
Not only did Jones produce a run of at least 10 yards on 17 percent of his total carries in 2018, but he gained a first down on 32.3 percent – proving his big-play ability and efficiency as a runner.
Jones will go into the 2019 season as the Packers’ starting running back and a legitimate candidate to break out as a star in Matt LaFleur’s new offense. His slashing style should be a perfect fit in the wide zone run scheme attached to LaFleur’s offense.
