EUROPEANS across the continent have delivered a message of solidarity with Scotland's independence movement in a special video posted online.
The message, delivered in four languages, backed Scotland's right to choose its future after the UK Supreme Court ruled the Scottish Government cannot hold an independence referendum without Westminster's permission.
Speaking in German, French, Italian and English the European indy supporters told Scots the EU will always leave a light on for Scotland.
A group in France said Scotland was "trapped in a Union against its will" while a group in Italy said Scots have been "collateral" damage from "England's terrible choices".
A group in Germany said: "We are here today to express our solidarity and to tell Scots: we stand with you."
The message was written by Europe for Scotland, a group that supports an independent Scotland in the European Union.
Rallies supporting indyref2 took across Europe, including in France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Finland and Denmark.
