Here's the emotional moment Helen and Brandon Langdan from Ballina, Co. Mayo were surprised with a trip of a lifetime by their grandson Andrew.
The happy couple were celebrating their golden wedding anniversary of 50 years together at home with a few members of the family.
In the video both Helen and Brandon are handed a golden envelope with a ticket inside.
Hilariously they are unable to read the ticket as they do not have their glasses with them and ask Andrew to read it out out for them.
Helen jokingly says: "I can't read it, I'm looking at the ticket and it's in a boat."
Andrew then explains that he's bought them tickets for a Mediterranean cruise next year which has always been a dream of his granddads.
There's not a dry eye to be seen in the house as Brandon and Helen embrace, overwhelmed by the gift.
Speaking to the Irish Mirror Andrew said: "I surprised my grandparents with a Mediterranean cruise for their 50th golden wedding anniversary at our socially distanced celebration for them.
"There wasn't a dry eye in the room! This has been my granddads dream for his life and his reaction here is just priceless.
"It was a very touching moment for us and we'd love to share it around."
