Watch emotional Chiefs fans go bonkers celebrating Kansas City’s first Super Bowl win in 50 years

It’s been 50 years since the Kansas City Chiefs could last call themselves NFL champions.

Back in 1970, the team in red defeated the Minnesota Vikings 23-7 in New Orleans, with quarterback Len Dawson winning MVP honors (and leading to a very famous photo of him smoking at halftime).

Now, with quarterback Patrick Mahomes winning MVP in Miami, the Chiefs are back on top of the NFL once again, and of course so many Kansas City fans got excited and emotional to see their team claiming the Lombardi Trophy, especially when Damien Williams’ late touchdown sealed it.
