Watch: Dustin the Turkey is back with his brand new tour 'The Comeback Vehicle'

Dustin The Turkey is back – and he's been ruffling a few feathers in rehearsals.

Ireland's favourite fowl is treading the boards at the Viking Theatre, Clontarf, North Dublin, in his new show The Comeback Vehicle.

But behind the scenes he's been reminding everyone precisely who comes first in the pecking order – as this video shows.

Composer Liam Bates, who provides the songs for the stage spectacular, said: "It's been a long time since Dustin was in beak condition and we've been working hard to pluck out a show-stopping performance.

"There have been one or two differences of opinion, and it's fair to say this is the first time I've been roasted by a turkey.

"Dustin stars opposite Eric Lalor in the show, written by Artemis Fowl author Eoin Colfer, which is running now at the Viking Theatre until Saturday, October 12.

It follows the baleful bird as he tries to get back on TV after taking far too many brown envelopes, insulting way too many celebrities and representing one too many countries in the Eurovision, ending up on the road with his manager Brady selling dodgy broadband to culchies.

It's only suitable for big kids aged 14 and over.
