Thanks to social media, we often get to witness a new fusion recipe that makes us think, is it really worthy? Well, if you are someone who thinks chocolate biryani or Maggi laddoo was the end to the era of fusion recipes, let us tell you that you are going wrong.
The latest addition to the list of bizarre fusion recipes is fusion dosa which has gone viral on Twitter. The video, shared by one Deepak Prabhu, shows a street food vendor making a dosa that has a unique filling. Take look at the video:
As per the video, the vendor first spreads dosa batter on a tawa and then adds butter to it. Next, he adds chopped onion, capsicum, cabbage, and coconut chutney. After that, he adds grated paneer, cashew, raisins, and garam masala to it. He then mixes it all and covers the other half of the dosa and garnishes the fusion dosa with coriander leaves, cherries, and grated cheese.
The video went viral on Twitter and left netizens cringing. The video has received 283.5 k views, 658 retweeted and 4556 likes till date.
