Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson and teammates rode bicycles to joint training camp practice with the Green Bay Packers Monday outside Lambeau Field.
While there is an understandable disparity in the amount of Texans fans living in Wisconsin, there were kids who were Packers fans that were kind enough to carry the Texans’ helmets.
The Packers and Texans will hold two joint practices ahead of their preseason opener on Aug. 8. What the joint practices do for both teams is give them an opportunity to go against different skill sets, kind of like the preseason game itself, but in the controlled, learning environment of practice.
