DeSean Jackson has been working his way back from an abdominal injury and on Friday he made statements that sound as if the Eagles star will be a go against the Bears on Sunday.
Addressing the media after the Eagles’ Friday morning practice, Jackson reiterated in the video courtesy of Eliot Shorr-Parks that the plan is for him to take flight against the Bears.
Jackson has practiced this week on a limited basis for the first time since playing a handful of plays in the Eagles’ Week 2 loss at Atlanta. Jackson declined to answer questions or elaborate on the severity of his injury and whether surgery should have been performed.
Jackson did confirm that this was the first time he had experienced such an injury before in his career.
