WATCH: DeAndre Hopkins off PUP list, debuts at Texans training camp

Houston Texans receiver DeAndre Hopkins passed his physical Friday and came off the physically unable to perform list.

As a result, the All-Pro wideout was available for Texans’ practice.

With No. 2 receiver Will Fuller practicing from the outset and receiver Keke Coutee going so far, so good through two days of training camp, it is safe to say the Texans’ passing game has had an optimistic start to training camp.

Hopkins tied Texans Ring of Honor member Andre Johnson’s record for single-season catches in club history with 115 a year ago. The two-time All-Pro may not reach those numbers again if the ball is being spread around to other targets. Nonetheless, the Texans are looking for a diversified approach to moving the ball after the club faded to an 11-5 finish last season.
