This Sunday, in the last of the series of 'Daniel sa Bhaile', Daniel and Majella O'Donnell try out boxing under the guidance of Olympian boxer Michael Conlan, reports Belfast Live.
In the video, the North Belfast champ takes the couple through a couple of boxing techniques, showing them a one-two combo with a hook, as well as showing Daniel how he can stiffen up his six-pack.
'Daniel sa Bahile' (Daniel At Home) has seen the Donegal singer invite a wide variety of guests into his Donegal home, bringing music, entertainment and chat to viewers.
Also joining Daniel for the last episode of the series is legendary singer Cliff Richard, as well as comedian Dara O Briain.
Ciarán Mac Fhearghusa from Óga Yoga will do mindfulness with Daniel, and to finish off the series, Daniel will sing 'I Just Want to Dance With You' with participation from children all over the country
