Watch Conor 'Sketches' Moore's hilarious impressions of horse racing greats ahead of Cheltenham

Conor 'Sketches' Moore is back with a new set of hilarious impressions of some of the biggest names in horse racing ahead of the 2020 Cheltenham Festival next week.

The famous Irish mimic shot to fame with hilarious takes on the greats of golf and GAA, and he has now teamed up with Paddy Power to share his best impressions of this year's Cheltenham Festival field.

From Aidan and Joseph O'Brien to Ryanair chief Michael O'Leary and legendary jockey Ruby Walsh, the hilarious caricatures will have racing fans in stitches.

And Moore has revealed that Kildare native Walsh was the most difficult to bring to life, adding that he'd be terrified meeting the ten-time Cheltenham leading jockey after doing his impression.

“I spent hours listening to an interview he did. I knew this couldn’t be done without Ruby, but it wasn’t easy. I really had to get into character, a bit like how your man Joaquin Phoenix did for The Joker," he said.

"It took some serious method acting. I walked around for nearly a week scowling and frowning at people. It took a lot of out me!

“I’ve met plenty of guys I’ve impersonated before like Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, and survived it. But if I met Ruby Walsh right now, I’d 100% sh*t myself!"
