WATCH: Clifton Duck makes diving interception

Who knew Duck diving would take place in a football game? Bears rookie CB Clifton Duck came up with a big interception at the goal line against the New York Giants QB Alex Tanney. Duck made the pick and returned the ball over 60 yards, setting up a short touchdown run by rookie RB Kerrith Whyte Jr.

Duck, who played at Appalachian State and is believed to be the only player to ever leave the school early for the NFL Draft, went undrafted and signed with the Bears as an undrafted free agent. He’s had a good camp and came on strong as of late, making a case to make the 53-man roster.

The touchdown run by Whyte off the interception brought the score to 19-13 with the Giants leading in the third quarter.
