WATCH: Chris Paul shows off dance skills alongside his son in new Tik Tok video

Chris Paul may be one of the elder statesmen of the NBA, but during the league-wide shut down due to the spread of the coronavirus, Paul is proving that he can still keep up with the younger generation.

On Tik Tok, at least.

Paul already made a cameo in rookie Darius Bazley’s video, along with fellow Oklahoma City Thunder teammate, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

On Saturday, Paul posted a video on Instagram of himself dancing alongside his son, Chris Paul II, in a Tik Tok video doing the Need A Freak dance.

He captioned it “Why?” with two laughing emojis and a shrug.

Gilgeous-Alexander weighed in on the dance, saying “stiff ahhhhh” with a couple of laughing emojis.

Paul is obviously enjoying his time away from the Thunder to reconnect with his family, who do not live in Oklahoma City.

In a video posted to his Instagram on Friday, the first-year Thunder point guard encouraged those who are at home during this global health crisis to use to time to connect with loved ones, while also offering a message of hope for those who might be struggling.
