Police hunt for three children after e-bike burnout damages shopping centre

Three children captured on CCTV speeding and performing a burnout inside a shopping centre are at the centre of a police appeal, as officers seek help to identify them.

Police said the children rode two e-motorbikes through the South.Point shopping centre in Greenway about 8pm on Monday, June 15.

"One of the riders stopped and deliberately conducted a burnout, leaving large marks and damage to the floor near the customer service desk," an ACT Policing spokesperson said.

Officers have now released CCTV footage of the three children and are appealing to anyone who recognises them or the e-motorbikes involved to come forward.
