Watch: Chiefs’ Mecole Hardman clocked at NFL’s fastest speed

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr. clocked in at the fastest speed on any ball carrier in the NFL’s week three. The Georgia Bulldog ran over twenty-one miles per hour on his eighty-four yard receiving touchdown. If he maintained that speed, then he’d run a mile in under three minutes. Here’s all the fastest plays of the week (per NFL’s Twitter account):

Mecole Hardman Jr. finished with 97 receiving yards and a touchdown on a pair of catches. Hardman Jr. has done a good job of replacing the big-play ability of injured Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill. Hardman Jr. score on a deep touchdown pass last week as well. He’s a dark house in contention for the NFL Rookie of the Year Award.
