Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen has established himself as one of the best wideouts in the NFL.
Allen has been recognized as a technician as a route-runner, but he also wants people to know he has great hands as well. The former Cal product did just that during Saturday’s joint practice against the Rams.
Allen put the Rams’ defensive backs on skates by pulling off a spectacular double move and going full extension to make the catch.
Despite receiving an 89 overall from Madden NFL 20, Allen wasn’t pleased with his other attributes. He didn’t believe the ratings for his speed, athleticism and route-running matched his actual ability on the field.
Because of that, Los Angeles’ official Twitter account tagged the Madden’s account, along with the Dustin Smith, the Head Madden Ratings Adjustor at EA Sports.
They normally don’t adjust the ratings until the regular season starts, but after seeing that video then they might make the exception to increase Allen’s ratings in the video game.
