Watch Celtic star Hatem Abd Elhamed pull off outrageous piece of skill for Israel

He’s already proved his worth as a solid no-nonsense right-back of which Celtic were in desperate need.

Now it seems Hatem Abd Elhamed has other strings to his bow.

The defender played for Israel on Monday night and although he couldn’t stop his country going down to a 3-2 Euro 2020 qualifying defeat in Slovenia, there was one bright light for him on a personal level.

Elhamed’s disappointment was cushioned somewhat by his outrageous touch and turn that left a Slovenian opponent still at the shops.

The 28-year-old – Neil Lennon’s £1.5million summer signing from Be'er Sheva – has posted the clip on his Instagram with the caption "some skills".

Elhamed has enjoyed a strong start to his Celtic career. He has already made five appearances for the champions and starred in the win over Rangers at Ibrox where he started off at right-back before moving one inside when Nir Bitton went off injured.

You can check out his major skills in the player below...
