Watch Celtic fans pay emotional tribute to murdered Glasgow teen Liam Hendry

Celtic fans have paid an after he was struck by a van in Glasgow .

Tragic Liam Hendry was struck by a vehicle deliberately driven at a group of people in Barrowfield Street in the east end area of the city at around 6.45am on Sunday .

In the tribute Celtic fans clapped for the entire 18th minute at their match with Cluj in the Europa League group stage at Parkhead tonight.

As supporters clapped a banner saying "RIP Liam, forever Celtic" was unfurled by a group.

It is believed Liam was in a flat with pals when the group heard a disturbance in the street and went outside.

A van was then deliberately driven at the group.

Paramedics from the Scottish Ambulance Service treated the 18-year-old at the scene but he was pronounced dead shortly after.

Police have launched a murder enquiry after the death of the teenager.

A second man was attacked and seriously injured during the disturbance.

The 30-year-old is fighting for his life after he was rushed to Glasgow’s  Royal Infirmary  following the incident.

The van involved was recovered at the time of the attack.

Police are reviewing CCTV as they continue to investigate the murder.
