The Philadelphia Eagles have resulted in school-yard football during this last month of the regular season, adjusting the roster and plugging guys in whenever a hole needs to be filled.
The one constant this season has been the play of Carson Wentz and rookie running back Miles Sanders.
During the first half on Sunday, Sanders passed DeSean Jackson, for the most yards from scrimmage by a rookie in Eagles team history.
With the Eagles trailing and needing a big play, Sanders and Wentz hooked up again helping the Eagles take a 17-14 lead.
With Wentz rolling out right and needing to get rid of the ball, the Eagles star signal-caller spotted Sanders in the back of the endzone and fired a rocket to the running back for a score.
The arm strength from Wentz was unreal on the play.
