Both men hit the scales on Friday ahead of their respective fights.
Frampton weighed in at 9st 8lbs 7oz, while his opponent was three ounces lighter.
Conlan weighed in at 9st 4oz for his clash with Takoucht who was 5oz heavier.
Both men will take to the ring tomorrow night, with the show screened live on BT Sport.
