Running back James Conner had his first two rushing touchdowns with the Cardinals.
Cornerback Byron Murphy picked off two passes, one of which he returned for a touchdown to give the Cardinals the lead.
For the Jaguars, Trevor Lawrence threw a touchdown pass. Jamal Agnew had a 109-yard field goal return for a touchdown.
