Well, this is the ultimate spin on the Tom Brady exit from New England. The Mayor of Buffalo, Byron Brown, held a press conference Tuesday to explain to his people how they should behave during the pandemic.

He was quick to add that if Bills fans want to celebrate the G.O.A.T.’s exit from the Patriots and likely the AFC East there should be no mass gatherings and the jubilation should be done at home.
