Watch brave 10-year-old Alfie sing Adele to a crowd on Buchanan Street

A 10-year-old Glaswegian boy has taken the internet by storm after a charming video of him busking on Buchanan Street went viral.

Wee Alfie J King was filmed in front of quite a crowd at the bottom of the city’s main shopping street, singing a cover of Adele’s Make You Feel My Love.

The video was originally streamed on Alfie’s personal page, but was picked up by a Facebook musical talent page. The page, Music Crowns has more than 3.3 million likes and the video has now been viewed more than 72 thousand times.

Captioning the video, Music Crowns said: “How brave is wee 10 year old Alfie J King from Glasgow in Scotland - he drew quite a crowd on his first time busking!”

At the end of the video, a passerby can be heard praising Alfie’s singing, saying “he had me in tears.”

Alfie J King’s personal page has 300 or so likes, though it’s bound to increase since his sensational performance. In his description, the charming 10 year old says that he has been singing for what feels like quite some time.

The description reads: “Hi I’m Alfie, I’m 10 years old and I love to sing. I’ve been singing for what seems like ages. I go to a group called Singerstation.”
