The opening drive for the Los Angeles Rams against the Denver Broncos resembled most of their 2019 preseason drives: they were held scoreless.
That doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy this beautiful pass from Brandon Allen to Mike Thomas on the second offensive snap of the game.
The play set up the Rams nicely in the red zone, but the Rams were unable to make the most out of the opportunity. Darrell Henderson was stuffed a few times thanks to poor play from the Rams offensive line. The Rams chose to go for it on fourth and one, but failed to convert on the opportunity. Los Angeles was held scoreless on the first drive of the game.
