The Miami Dolphins are currently enjoying the calm before the storm — the Dolphins will be back in Miami Gardens for their first ever training camp at the team’s new training facility in about a month. But for now, it is time to enjoy family, friends and rest. With perhaps a sprinkling of playbook studies and workouts along the way.
But in order for the transition for Miami to be as smooth as possible from here on out and for the players to focus on the task at hand when they return for camp, the Dolphins have gotten a jump on some of the administrative duties that await for the 2021 season. Most notably?
Media day.
The Dolphins took advantage of the team’s attendance at mandatory minicamp in June to get ahead of the game. Photos, videos, GIFs, you name it. The Dolphins did it with all but one of the members of the offseason roster in attendance at minicamp. Only Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard (holdout) was missing in action, but none the less the Dolphins appear to have a great collection of content for on game day for the season ahead.
