The 2019 NBA Playoffs tipped off on Saturday and while eight teams were preparing for their first round matchups on Friday, Los Angeles Lakers guard was at home working his way back to full strength with the help of his brothers, LiAngelo and LaMelo.
On Friday, Ball posted a video of him working out with his brothers to the viral country/hip-hop hit “Old Town Road (Remix)” by Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus. It’s safe to say his ankle is progressing nicely.
It’s also worth noting that Lonzo is wearing his ZO2 slides, which were manufactured by the Big Baller Brand. This is the first time Lonzo has been seen wearing BBB since filing a lawsuit against the brand’s co-founder Alan Foster for alleged damages in excess of $2 million.
There’s a good chance that it’s just a coincidence, but it’s definitely something worth keeping an eye on as he decides where he’ll sign his next endorsement deal.
