Watch Ayr United mascot brutally troll Kilmarnock over Europa League flop with Welsh flag and Tom Jones

Say what you like about Scottish football but it certainly knows how to deliver in the banter stakes.

Whether it's on social media, in the stands or on the park few leagues across world football quite reach the levels of sh**housery that envelope the local rivalries across Scottish football.

And so it delivered again on Saturday as Ayr United revelled in their neighbours' Kilmarnock 's Europa League agony.

Just two days after the Rugby Park side's first journey into Europe for 18 years came crashing to a humiliating end against Welsh minnow Connah's Quay Nomads, Ayr were in no mood to offer a sympathetic hand.

Quite the opposite actually. Step forward Ayr's aptly named mascot Pandamonium and his pre-match routine ahead of the Somerset side's Betfred Cup win over Falkirk.

Prancing around with a Welsh flag as Tom Jones blared out the tannoy, there can be no doubting the target of the panda's joshing.

The brutal trolling went down a treat with the Ayr fans as they basked in their rival's pain.

Pandamonium, who has his own Twitter account, even returned after the match to rub it in.

He bragged: "Regrets? Absolutely not. I'm the panda I DAE WHIT I WANT."
