Watch: Austin Hooper says Falcons must execute in all four quarters

It’s hard to care about moral victories when you have lost six straight games. Still, the Falcons played the best they have in weeks, despite the team’s 27-20 loss to the Seahawks on Sunday.

After the game, tight end Austin Hooper credited Atlanta for fighting hard, but said it needs to start playing more consistently for all four quarters.

Watch him talk to reporters below, as tweeted out by ESPN’s Vaughn McClure:

Hooper would finish Sunday’s game with six catches for 65 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Matt Schaub’s 460 passing yards nearly brought the team back, however, the Falcons couldn’t convert an onside kick for a chance to tie the game in the closing minutes.

Atlanta is now 1-7 on the year, but reportedly won’t make any changes just yet.
