Watch as wild osprey feeds two cute chicks who've just hatched at Scots beauty spot

A forest webcam has picked up the magical moment two newly hatched osprey chicks are fed by their mum.

The Loch Arkaig osprey cam shows the tiny hatchlings being spoilt with a constant supply of fish from resident ospreys, Louis and Aila.

A video posted by the Woodland Trust on Facebook, shows the chicks settling in well to their first few days in the nest.

Mum Aila appears proud as punch in the adorable footage as she fusses over her new arrivals.

Breeding Osprey pair Louis and Aila may yet have more work ahead of them with a third egg visible in the frame - suggesting an extra mouth is on the way.

Keen birdwatchers following the live stream are also able to enjoy panoramic views of the scenic beauty spot in Lochaber.

The live nest camera, supported by players of People's Postcode Lottery, has been streaming footage of breeding ospreys from Loch Arkaig Pine Forest since 2017.
