We all know Usain Bolt is quick on his feet, but the former world's fastest man was also firing up the bowling lanes at the weekend.
The retired sprinter headed to Lane7 Manchester this weekend while supporting his favourite football team.
Usain went bowling with pals and had his own VIP room at the ten-pin bowling experience at the Great Northern which opened earlier this year.

"Watch and learn" the 35-year-old eight-time Olympic gold medallist said before bowling a nifty strike to screams and cheers of appreciation.
"That's how we do it here," he said triumphantly.

The avid Manchester United supporter has delighted fans by visiting Manchester.
"Sign a contract with Manchester United we need a pacey player lol," joked one on Twitter.
Usain hit the town with United stars following the team's 1-1 draw with Everton at Old Trafford on Saturday.
He dined after the match with Harry Maguire, Jesse Lingard, Jordan Pickford, Marcus Rashford and Patrice Evra at Yours Restaurant on Deansgate.
Usain posed for a photo with midfielder Jesse and they were both dressed in monochrome outfits.
Earlier Usain also rubbed shoulders with Sir Alex Ferguson and former UFC fighter Khabib after the Premier League game.
