In a video shared on social media, a mob descended onto Argyle Street to party to the Proclaimers hit song, 500 miles, after hearing it being belted out by a street DJ.
The group, who seemed to be in high spirits after a day in the sunshine at Glasgow Green , had an impromptu rave to the well known song, with many passers-by looking to join in on the fun.
Scott_j posted the hilarious video to Twitter with the caption: 'This kind of thing could only happen in the streets of Glasgow'.
The video of the group has gone viral, generating over 1000 likes on Twitter.
Its comes one week after revellers had a rave to a Lewis Capaldi tune blaring on St Vincent Street in Glasgow city centre.
