Watch revellers rave to Lewis Capaldi tune on Glasgow city centre street

Revellers had an impromptu rave in town on Saturday night after hearing a Lewis Capald i tune blaring on the streets of Glasgow .

The girls descended on a street corner of the city's St Vincent Street to party to a mix of the Scots singing sensations hit song, Someone You Loved .

Ashley Samon caught her pals Lauren Anderson, Samantha Mcaleer and Jacklyn Gibbons busting a move to one of their favourite songs.

Other party-goers joined in on the fun, sparking a dancing frenzy on the street.

She uploaded the video to Facebook , captioning it "People Make Glasgow."

Samantha, from Cambuslang , told the Record: "It was such a laugh. Even looking back at it days later I'm still laughing.

"We had been at Bongo's Bingo and were on our way to The Savoy. We saw a guy wearing a a light up mask with a DJ box thing. He started playing Lewis Capaldi and we just lost it. He's one of our favs. It was brilliant."
