Watch as Rangers star Fashion Sakala forces Serge Aurier to score bizarre own goal on international duty

Fashion Sakala's relentless pressing has forced Serge Aurier into scoring one of the most bizarre own goals you are likely to see.

The Rangers star is currently on international duty with Zambia, who are set to qualify for the final tournament with even a draw against Ivory Coast enough to see them over the line.

Sakala has been rewarded for his strong form at club level with a start for his country. The Light Blues man has blossomed under Michael Beale, where alongside Todd Cantwell and James Tavernier, he has been one of their star players.

And a bizarre own goal from former Tottenham right-back Serge Aurier was forced by Sakala to give his nation the lead.

A through ball by Emmannuel Banda was pounced upon by Sakala, though in a foot race with Aurier, he couldn't quite get there.

But his pace forced Aurier to hammer the ball towards his own goal, taking goalkeeper Ayayi Charles Folly completely by surprise - even though he should have done better with the effort.
