Watch as Joe Cole and Carl Frampton take in George Best tour

Former Chelsea football star Joe Cole has teamed up with Belfast boxing legend Carl Frampton for a special tour of George Best's childhood home.

Ex-England midfielder Cole is currently in Northern Ireland to cover Wednesday's Super Cup for BT Sport.

Champions League winners Chelsea take on Europa League holders Villarreal in a glamour clash at Windsor Park (kick-off 8pm).

Cole and Frampton toured Manchester United legend Best's home, getting a look side the property at Cregagh Estate and also checking out some of the local sights.

During the mini-documentary Cole also visited Tigers Bay where Frampton was raised, and saw a special mural of the Jackal at Midlands Boxing Club.

They also visited Glentoran, the club who famously turned down the chance to sign Best because he was "far too skinny".

Frampton told the documentary: "You go anywhere in the world, and you talk about Belfast, people mention two things.

"One is the Troubles, and the other is George Best. He did so much to put this place on the map."

The programme also visits Stormont, where thousands of people lined the hill for Best's funeral service in 2005.

"This is a city that loves its sporting heroes, and you can see through this tour how a humble guy went on to become a global superstar," Frampton adds.

"The fifth Beatle, as some people called him. He came from here and people loved him."
