Watch as helicopter lands at Rugby Park as multiple medical units attend nearby incident

An air ambulance landed at Kilmarnock's ground after medics were called to a nearby incident.

Two ambulances and a medic helicopter were dispatched to Dundonald Road yesterday morning.

A man in his 50s was rushed to Glasgow's Royal Infirmary by road, officials confirmed today.

The condition of the man has not been disclosed.

An eyewitness reports that the medic chopper was not used in the response to the incident and appeared to be on stand-by.

The jet-black helicopter landed in front of Rugby Park's East Stand within the confines of the Premiership club's ground and could be seen taking off a short time later.
