Watch as fan proposes to girlfriend on the Parklife stage as Yung Filly performs

The first day of Parklife has kicked off in style with a proposal live on stage.

One of the first big names to perform today was California-based singer Yung Filly, who has gained a reputation online for his TikTok and YouTube videos.

The star, who has also appeared on Celebrity Bake Off and Soccer Aid in 2020, performed his latest single Long Time and big hit Again.

During the performance, the singer - whose real name is Andres Felipé Barrientos - brought a fan on stage. The star revealed the fan, named Miles, had won a competition to go backstage at the festival.

While on stage, Milo proposed to his girlfriend Indy. Thankfully, she said yes as a sea of crowds cheered them on.

During Yung Filly’s appearance, he also made a second surprise announcement by bringing hip-hop star HAZEY on stage with him. The two performed the hit 'Packs and Potions' as crowds sang along to the lyrics.

Other acts set to perform later today are Mahalia, Loyle Carner, Chase & Status and headliner 50 Cent. We’ve got a full round-up of today’s set times right here.
