Kennedy came on after the band Blossoms in a hoodie and joggers and despite his relaxed appearance he certainly got the crowd going.

The Irish singer showed off his impressive vocals as he belted out his biggest songs including 'Outnumbered', 'Paradise' and 'Power Over Me'.

The stage was lit up with a neon light display reflecting his music - a mix of electronic and hip-hop.

His band also deserve a mention for their stellar performance - particularly his backup singers who complimented Kennedy without overshadowing him.

By 'Giants', one of his biggest numbers, the crowd were jumping and the atmosphere was undeniably electric.

Fans held up the Irish flag for his final songs and despite finishing earlier than the crowd expected, Dermot Kennedy definitely impressed.

Sell-out Gerry Cinnamon will headline another day of music as This Is Tomorrow festival hits its stride after Friday's stomping opening day.
