Watch as classical singer gives show-stopping performance at Glasgow hospital

A classical singer has given patients and visitors a show-stopping performance of a hit Les Miserables song at a Glasgow Hospital.

Matt Ramsey was singing at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital as part of a new outreach concert programme with the Salvation Army.

The singer, who has only had a few lessons over the years, treated patients, families and staff to a rendition of Bring Him Home from the hit musical.

The incredible performance was caught on camera and Matt shared it on his social media.

Speaking to Glasgow Live , he said: "I was there as part of the Salvation Army’s new bimonthly concert.

"My singing career has really became a hobby, I just carry on with the day job ever as my own involvement with the Salvation Army

"I went for lessons on and off for a couple of years with Robert Wishart, however, don't do too much singing nowadays just the odd occasion."
