Watch Alessio Sakara dismantle his opponent in 23 seconds at Bellator Europe 5

Alessio Sakara was not messing around Saturday night in Milan.

Though it only lasted 23 seconds, the popular Italian fighter put on quite the show for his home country fans by destroying Canaan Grigsby with leg kicks and a flurry of punches.

Canaan came out throwing a leg kick that only seemed to anger Sakara, who retaliated with one of his own, and then another one before letting his hands go. All Canaan could do was cover up as Sakara’s punches came in quick succession, but Sakara measured a perfect body shot that crumpled Grigsby to the canvas. It was all over a moment later.

You can check it out here (via Twitter):

For Sakara, 38, it was his first fight since December of last year, when he lost by knockout to Kent Kaupinnen at Bellator 211.

What a way to rebound.
