This is the adorable moment an Irish girl brought her grandmother to tears by singing her favourite song on her birthday.
73-year-old Imelda had not seen her granddaughter Francesco or grandson Phoenix in over two months due to coronavirus measures and was overwhelmed when they made a surprise visit to her for her birthday.
Dressed in a blue dress the 6-year-old from Tallaght kept her social distance as she sang Imelda's favorite song 'I just called to say I love you' along with her brother.
Imelda struggled to hold back tears as the emotion of seeing her grandchildren took over.
Her husband Reggie on the other hand couldn't keep the smile off of his face as he danced to the music thrilled to see his family again.
Once the tears of happiness were shed, Imelda and Reggie began to slow dance to the music together.
Speaking to the Irish Daily Mirror Francesca's Mum said: "I have the loveliest video of my 6 year old surprising my mam today on her 73rd birthday and singing her a song.
"My parents hadn't seen my kids since 11th March so as you can imagine it's a very emotional video, we didn't realise the neighbours were listening until the clap at the end.
"I can't believe the love and response its already gotten."
The video has already been viewed thousands of times online and seems to have brightened people's day.
